Has 36 inch serving and drive thru window with rustic fashionable lamps on each side of window. 32 inch door with rustic lantern light above door. Strong cold air conditioner. 2 four ft double florescent lights inside. 3 lights outside. (green, black, brown, blue, white, grey, )Red roof. Floor is done in hardwood look vinyl or checker black and white tile. Has complete plumbing (sinks,sprayer, pump, fresh tank, waste tank, and hot water tank). Complete electrical thru out (100 amp service box, 15 double outlets so you can add lots of equipment if you choose, 2 light switches....one for inside lights one for outside lights) Equipped with a snocone machine or Hawaiian Shaved Ice Machine, CD Stereo sound system, chest freezer, and undercounter refrigerator.
